Return Policy

Crampbuster/Throttle Rocker 30-day Return Policy for all customers. You can request a return for items within 30 days after receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent back to our warehouse at the customer expense. The address will be provided to you via email or by phone.

Canceling an Order:

We only accept cancellations when the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Order cancellation must be submitted via email or by phone 541-582-3499.

The item must have been purchased directly from our website Crampbuster.com or Throttlerocker.com.

· Copy of your receipt

· Return is received by us within 30 days, we strongly advise using trackable shipping for returns

· In original package

Upon receiving your returned parcel, after inspection, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. A refund will be credited to the payment method used to place your order. When the refund is issued, you will receive a refund notification via email.

If your item is defective or faulty, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed, by phone or email.

Fulfilment Errors:

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us via email or phone.

Dealer Purchased:

If you purchased from a dealer online or in a store, please contact them for returns or refunds. Our dealers stand behind our products.

1 year breakage guarantee:

If your Crampbuster or Throttle Rocker breaks during the 1st year of purchase we will replace the item at no charge to you. No refund will be offered, replacement only. Proof of purchase us required.
